I. 岗位设置的目的 Purpose of the Job
新工厂的启动工艺及相关事项前期准备; New factory strat up and prepare related process work.
建立和执行生产工艺体系，确保产品质量和工艺能力符合需要; Set up and execute control system of production process, ensure the quality and process ability meet the requirement.
组织内部样品和试验批的生产; Organize the internal sample, trial lot and production.
改进现有生产线和产品工艺，包括成本、质量、效率、环保、健康和安全。Improve existing production process, with respect to cost, quality, efficiency, environment, health and safety.
II. 职责描述 Task Description
建立/执行产品工艺控制体系 Set up an execute control system of product process.
准确及时制定PFEMA和工艺控制计划。Set up PFMEA and process control plan accurately and in time.
准确及时制定工艺设定卡和工艺维护计划。Set up process specification and process maintenance plan accurately and in time.
不断提高及优化工艺过程，提高最终产品及重要的过程参数的PPK/CPK水平。Continuously improve and optimize the process, enhance PPK/CPK level of final products and critical process parameters.
提出不合格品和返修产品的处置方案，以保证最终产品的产品质量。Propose the solving plan on the nonconformity, and returned products reasonably, ensure the quality of final products.
分析不合格品，并采取必要的预防措施以不断地降低不合格品的比率。Analysis on the nonconformities, take the necessary corrective and preventive actions to reduce the ratio of nonconformities.
解决日常生产中的偶发性工艺问题。Resolve sporadic process problem in daily production.
积累产品技术工艺know-how。Accumulate the process know-how of product.
样品及试验批 Sample and trial lot
协助AA团队进行新产品的产品及工艺的开发。Assist AA team on developing new products and new process.
根据开发计划，确定并组织获得生产所需的设备、工艺、人员及相关资源。According to developing plan, define and organize the necessary resource such as machine, process and people.
负责试验批的技术评审，技术工艺方案的确定以及试验批生产的进度控制。Evaluate the trail lot from technique, determine the process scheme and control the schedule of trial lot.
负责客户所需样品的试制、及时交付并跟踪。Make samples and deliver in time, and keep monitor.
根据相关信息，不断改进优化试验批的生产工艺，以保证按相关计划获得客户的认可。Optimize the process according to relevant information, to ensure customer approval on schedule.
问题解决 Problem solving
根据客户反馈，进行原因分析、整改方案的确定、预防措施的制定及实施。According to customer feedback, analyze the cause and define corrective/preventive actions, and then implement.
及时解决生产过程中出现的技术问题，确保生产平稳进行。Solve the technical problems occurred in the production, to ensure smooth production.
领导项目小组来解决生产过程中出现的长期技术问题。Lead project team to solve the chronic technical problems occurred in production.
技术工艺培训 Technical/process training
编制产品工艺know-how和相关培训材料。Make up product and process know-how. and related training material.
给生产班组进行基础的产品工艺培训。Offer basic product and process training to production team.
给予技工和工艺调整工所需的工艺培训，提高工艺调车能力。Offer requested process training to technician, to improve ability of process adjustment.
III. 任职要求 Qualifications
硕士学位；Master degree.
材料或机械及相关专业；Major in Material Science, mechanical engineering and/or relate.
英语良好；Fluent English both on writing and speaking.
项目管理能力；Project management ability.
良好的人际交流能力；Good communication skill.
善于思考和创新；Good sense on ideation and inovation.
